Mindful Hearts Program is a Kids Stress Program [6 week session] for children ages 9-13
(this is WEEK FOUR)
This program uses creative and imaginative body-based techniques as a way to approach to relaxation and mindfulness. Mindfulness is believed to be the keys to good mental health, self esteem, emotional intelligence and emotional resilience.
It is believed that when we give children the tools they need to help them manage stress and anxiety they become more resourceful when facing the challenges of daily life.
This is a 6-week program
