Our Vision

CATAC envisions our region as a ‘constellation of creative communities’.  We celebrate the diverse cultures and communities of the wide geographic region we encompass.  Whenever possible we provide services and support in both official languages, building ties and understanding through the arts.

The Conseil des arts Temiskaming Arts Council works toward our vision by:

  • Facilitating communication and collaborative relationships among artists, organisations, businesses and municipalities,

  • Advocating for and supporting artists and the arts in general,

  • Promoting the value of the arts as a catalyst for community economic development and an enhanced quality of life in the region of Temiskaming.
